Resetting your PIN code

If you forget your unique 4-digit PIN, another Admin on your account can reset it for you.

Steps to Reset a PIN

  1. Log in to your Dakota account

  2. In the left-hand menu, click Team

  3. Locate the user whose PIN needs to be reset

  4. Click the three dots (⋮) on the right side of their row

  5. Select Reset PIN

  6. Click Confirm

  7. The user will then receive an email prompting them to log in and create a new PIN

Important: If you are the only Admin on the account and need your PIN reset, please contact support@dakota.xyz for assistance.
