If I have multiple accounts, can I access more than one account through a single email address?

Yes. A single email address can be linked to multiple accounts. When logged in, you can begin the account opening process for new entities by clicking on your entity name and selecting “Open new account.”

How do I remove a user who has left the firm?

An Admin can remove users directly from the Teams screen:

  1. Remove the user from any user groups.

  2. Remove the user from the organization.

Are you integrated with Quickbooks?

Not at this time. However, you can easily export your transaction history in CSV format for use in accounting systems.
