How do I cancel a transaction that has not processed?

If a transaction has been approved but has not yet processed, please contact support@dakota.xyz. Our team will assist with cancellation where possible.

Can Dakota facilitate ACH pulls?

No. ACH pulls are not supported at this time.

Is Dakota integrated with Stripe?

Not directly. However, your Dakota operating account can receive Stripe payouts.

Can I transfer DKUSD off the platform?

No. DKUSD, Dakota’s native stablecoin, cannot be transferred off-platform.

Does Dakota support direct debits?

No. Dakota does not currently support direct debits. However, you can make outgoing payments through the following supported rails: ACH, Fedwire, SWIFT, and SEPA.
